It is contention of the applicants that investigation is to be stayed, as it is clearly a civil dispute. However, we are of the considered opinion that investigation shall go on and the applicants shall cooperate to the Investigating Officer in carrying out investigation. However, before filing charge-sheet, the Investigating Officer shall take permission of this Court whenever investigation is over. The Investigating Officer shall not publish any news item in relation to this matter.
