It is informed by the learned APP that though the applicant no.1 was supposed to appear before the investigating officer on 14.11.2025 but he failed to appear. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.1 is suffering from ailment and is admitted in hospital which is confirmed from the investigating officer. 3.

In this scenario, we direct applicant no.1 to appear before the investigating officer through video conferencing (VC) tomorrow i.e. on 21.11.2025 at 12:30 p.m. (IST). 4.

At this stage, the investigating officer submits that considering the fact that applicant no.1 is admitted in hospital it will not be desirable to record his statement. 5.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The matter is closed for order.
