Learned counsel for the complainant has placed on record order passed by learned JMFC, Akot, district Akola wherein Non Bailable Warrants are issued against the applicants. The said order shows that the accused, despite of opportunity, have not furnished the bail bonds and, therefore, the warrants are issued against them.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that intentionally the said warrants are issued against the applicants. 3.
