The present application is filed for quashing of F.I.R. lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.
