The Investigating Officer is permitted to file the charge sheet. On filing of the charge sheet within two weeks, leave is granted to the applicants to amend the application. The amended copy of the application along with the copy of the charge sheet be placed on record and also be supplied to the non-applicants.

In case of non-compliance of the order the application stands dismissed without further reference to the Court. In case of compliance, the applicants shall place on record the amended copy of the application along with the copy of the charge sheet.
