By this application, the applicants are seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing No.195 of 2025 registered with Khamgaon (Rural) Police Station, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2), 351(3) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The learned counsel for the applicants has not pressed the application for applicant No.1.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after two weeks.
