23.03.2026 Applicant is seeking quashing of the FIR and consequent proceeding. However, applicant is not present. Both applicant and non-applicant No.2 have settled their disputes. Non-applicant No.2 filed her affidavit in reply and stated that due to misunderstanding between both of them, she filed FIR. Now she does not want to pursue with the same. Due to this case there may some disturbance in the academic career.

I have personally verified the contents of the affidavit from her and she agreed and accepted the same. As the applicant is not present before this Court he shall remain present before this Court on 30.03.2026.
