The applicants have challenging the proceedings filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class under the Domestic Violence Act.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 03.11.2025.

Considering that the proceedings under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code is already quashed and the similar allegations are made against the applicants in petition filed under the Domestic Violence Act and as the victim is staying in Germany, the proceedings before the Trial Court are stayed.

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible modes, in addition to the regular mode of service.
