The present Application is for quashing of the proceeding under the provisions of Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

During the pendency of this Application, the matter was referred for mediation. The matter is amicably settled between the parties and the report of Mediator is also filed on record.

The learned Counsel for the Applicants and Non-applicant are present before the Court. They have disclosed that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. The Non-applicant appeared through Video Conferencing and accepted that the matter is amicably settled between them.

In view of above, the Application is allowed. The proceeding bearing Misc. Application No.2667/2024 under Section 12 of the Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, is hereby quashed and set aside against the present Applicants.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
