According to the petitioner, in the year 2022, the authorities conducted inspection of the petitioner's firm and took sample of rice for analysis. On the basis of analyzer's report, which shows that the rice was unfit for human consumption, F.I.R. came to be lodged. It is further argued that the petitioner has already been punished by blacklisting his firm and by lodging criminal offence against him. 02.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th August, 2025.
