The applicant has challenged the order passed below Exh.1 in O.M.C.No. 21 of 2025, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge,(Court No.2), Hinganghat cancelling the anticipatory bail as one of the condition imposed by the Sessions Court is not complied with. The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant was protected by granting anticipatory bail, at the same time, one after another three offences came to be Kavita

2 / 2 45- apl 1393-25 registered and as he was not protected, he had not attended the police station and therefore, the bail was cancelled.

5. It is informed that now in all the three offences, he is protected and he will abide by all the conditions imposed by the Court. Therefore, prayed to stay the order passed by the Sessions Court.

Considering the circumstances, in view of the above said submissions, the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, (Court No.2), Hinganghat, in OMC No.21 of 2025 is hereby stayed till the next date.
