Time is granted. Learned counsel for the applicant to submits that the charge sheet in the matter is filed and seeks leave to amend the present application so as to made a challenge to the charge sheet.

Permission is granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today with advance copy to the other side and non-applicant no. 2 as well. Failure to carry out such exercise would entail in rejection of the application without further reference to the Court.
