SEPTEMBER 26, 2025 In response to order dated 25.09.2025, Mr. Y. K. Dhande, Advocate appeared and tendered apology for not attending the Court yesterday. He submits that he had instructed Mr. S. Khan, Advocate to appear on 23.09.2025. He further submits that he will continue to represent respondent No.2.

Learned A.P.P. submits that charge-sheet is filed therefore remedy under Article 226 of the Constitution of India may not be available to the petitioner.

In response, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition so as to pursue the cause under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 4.
Permission is granted.

Necessary amendment shall be carried out within four working days. Amended copy shall be served on the other side. Once the amendment is carried out, place the matter before appropriate Bench.
