Mr. N.R. Tekade, learned Counsel submitted that he has instructions to appear for the Non-applicant No.2. However, there is disobedience of the order of Bailable Warrant issued to him to secure his presence. 3.

The earlier order passed by this Court also shows that, despite the service of notice he has not appeared before the Court. In view of that issue Non-Bailable Warrant against the Non-applicant No.2.
