The applicant has approached this Court seeking quashing of the FIR bearing No.0439/2022 dated 19/12/2022 and Charge-sheet bearing No.19/2023 dated 21/03/2023, registered with non-applicant No.1, so also the judgment of conviction passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nagpur in S.C.C. No.4888/2023 dated 28/04/2025, on the basis of the settlement.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 6th November, 2025.

Mr. J.Y. Ghurde, learned APP, waives notice on behalf of non-applicant No.1.
