By this application, the applicant is seeking quashing of the proceeding post conviction.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and non-applicant No.2 as well learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the applicant has placed reliance on the following judgments:

The parties i.e. the applicant and non-applicant No.2 are present before the Court. The contents of the terms of settlement are verified from them. They have accepted and agreed the contents. The affidavit is also filed on record. 5.
