This Court has issued notice on 07.10.2025 and protected the Applicant in a sense that the Trial Court was directed not to frame the charge till next date. Thereafter, the matter is listed today. The office note shows that, the copy is not supplied, and therefore, the notice is not issued to the Non-applicant No.2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for some time to supply the copy.

We grant him time of two working days to supply the copy, however the interim order dated 07.10.2025 stands vacated.
