The applicant has challenged the orders dated 14/08/205 and 28/08/2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola in SCC No. 4798 of 2017, whereby the application for setting asidre no defence evidence order came to be rejected by passing the order below Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 128 and no final argument order is passed below Exh. 1 dated 14.04.2025.
