By this application, the applicant is seeking quashing of the FIR mainly on the ground of delay in trial. Now the trial is already commenced. In view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to expedite the trial.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with direction that the learned trial Court shall proceed with the trial expeditiously, considering the crime came to be registered on 04.10.2013 i.e. more than ten years old.

The parties to cooperate with the trial Court to proceed and dispose of the trial.
