Vide order dated 17.10.2025 we had permitted service to respondent No.2 by all modes of service. However, the respondent No.2 is a Food Safety Officer and the A.P.P. can accept the notice for his behalf.

In that view of the matter, the office objections stands waived.

Mrs. Sneha Dhote, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Learned A.P.P. submits, on instructions, that the supplementary charge-sheet in the matter is filed on 13th November, 2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks some time to verify and whether to raise a challenge to the charge-sheet as far as present applicant is concerned.
