Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 14.11.2025. 3.

The applicants have filed this application to quash domestic proceedings pending before the J.M.F.C. (Court No.6), Amravati. 4.

The learned Advocate for the applicants has stated that during the pendency of matrimonial litigation between both the parties, the matter was settled on 18.12.2021 and both parties have arrived at settlement that they will withdrew all the proceedings against each other. They stayed together for two years and thereafter the non-applicant No.1/wife has again without withdrawing the domestic proceedings as per undertaking has pressed for the maintenance and maintenance order was passed on 14.5.2024. The learned Advocate for the applicants has stated that the applicants have filed the application for quashing of domestic violence proceedings and the order was passed after settlement and the non-applicant No.1/wife has not withdrawn the domestic violence proceedings. Hence, prayed to stay the order passed by the J.M.F.C. (Court No.6), Amravati on 14.5.2024 granting huge amount of Rs.60,000/- to non-applicant No.1/wife and Rs.70,000/- to non-applicant No.2/son. Considering

apl1583.2025.odt the circumstances, order passed by the learned J.M.F.C. (Court No.6), Amravati is stayed till next date of hearing. (MRS.VRUSHALI V.JOSHI, J.) Tambaskar.
