The Application is for quashing of the FIR. Both the parties arrived at a settlement and the settlement terms are already filed before the Family Court and the amount which is to be paid towards full and final settlement to the Non-applicant No.2 is also deposited before the Family Court, however the decree as to the dissolution of the marriage is not passed and the matter is kept on 25.11.2025.

In the meantime, the parties to remain present before the Registrar (Judicial), who shall verify the contents and genuineness of the affidavit and the identification of the parties also.
