Heard learned Counsel for the applicants, who states that an identical matter is arising out of the same FIR. In Criminal Application (APL) No.1419/2025, this Court has already issued notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 17.12.2025.

In view of that, issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 17.12.2025.

Mr. M. J. Khan, learned APP waives notice for the non-applicant No.1/State in Criminal Application [APL] No.1629/2025.

Mr. N. B. Jawade, learned APP waives notice for the non-applicant No.1 /State in Criminal Application [APL] No.1630/2025.

The applicants shall serve the non-applicant No.2, by all modes permissible in law and file the affidavit of service in that regard.
