Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. He submits that, this application is filed for quashing of First Information Report No.0339/2025 registered with Police Station, Bajaj Nagar, District Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 125, 126(1), 287, 329(1), 324(1), 326(f), 326(g) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. He further submits that the matter has been compromised, accordingly, an affidavit-in-reply has been filed by the non-applicant No.2 through Advocate Mr. Mahalle. 2.

We direct the Registrar (Judicial), Nagpur to verify the authenticity of the affidavit, as well as the identity of the parties and submit the report in that regard till 12.11.2025. 3.

Parties to appear before the Registrar (Judicial), Nagpur on 04.11.2025.
