The applicant has not complied with the said order. Neither he has supplied the copy to issue notice to the non-applicant No.2 nor filed any affidavit of service, as far as the private service is concerned.

By way of last chance, issue fresh notice, to the non-applicant No.2.

The applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant No.2 by all modes of service and also
