The applicants have filed this application for quashing the the First Information Report No. 335/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 115(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
It is alleged that all the applicants harassed nonapplicant No. 2 on the ground that she had given birth to twin daughters. They also demanded money from her parents for the expenses of the two daughters. 3.
During the pendency of this application, the dispute has been settled between the parties. Both parties are present before the Court and are duly identified by their learned counsel. Non-applicant No. 2 has stated that the matter has been settled and that they are staying together but separately from family members at Borgaon Manju. 4.
As per the consent terms, they agreed that the parents and relatives of both the parties shall not visit the house at Borgaon Manju where the parties are residing separately.

The pursis regarding the consent terms has been filed on record.

The matter is settled between the parties. Nonapplicant No.2 has no grievance against the applicant. Hence, the First Information Report No. 335/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 115(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 against the applicants is hereby quashed and set aside.

The application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
