The Respondent No.1 is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 354-A of IPC and under Section 9(m) read with Section 10 of the POCSO Act. The prosecution examined all the material witnesses whereas, the Accused has examined Dr.Shalmali Sanjay Ranmale in order to prove the capacity of understanding of the Accused. After appreciating the evidence, there was a judgment of acquittal. The reasoning find place in Para No.47. Leave is sought. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondent No.1 as to why leave should not Satish Sangar 1/2
