LATA SUNIL PANJWANI Heard Mr. Walve, the learned APP appearing for the State. 2.

There is a judgment of acquittal by the learned Special Judge, Sangli on 5th March 2025. Present Respondent Nos.2 to 4 were acquitted for the offences punishable under Sections 324,506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and 354D of Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The case stood abated insofar as Respondent No.1 is concerned. The learned Judge laid emphasis on the answer given by the victim during cross-examination. She has stated that she was not acquainted with Accused Nos.2 to 4. So far as assault on PW No.3 and 4, the learned Judge laid emphasis on the evidence of Medical Officer PW No.6.
