By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) dated 09.05.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 09.05.2024, this Court in paragraph No. 15 (c), has directed that "The Applicant shall report to the NRI Coastal Police Station once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 until the conclusion of the trial.", hence requested to relax the said condition.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.
Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER
(a) Condition No. 15(c) of the Order dated 09.05.2024 is hereby relaxed.
"The applicant shall attend the Police Station as and when required."
