Perused the praecipe dated 13.01.2025.

The order dated 10.01.2025 is placed before me for seeking modification of the said order.

It is stated in the praecipe filed by learned Advocate for Applicant that though interim bail was granted by order dated 10.01.2025 and upto 16.01.2025 to attend sister's wedding subject to escort and payment of escort charges, Applicant is unable to bear the

P1.IA.53.2025.doc escort charges for the aforesaid period. Hence, he would pray to the Court to modify the said order of interim bail requesting the release of Applicant on interim bail from the evening of 14.01.2025 to the evening i.e. 06:00 p.m. of 15.01.2025 for one day. Applicant desires to surrender before 06:00 p.m. and the escort leading the Applicant shall ensure the same. The order dated 10.01.2025 stands modified to the above extent and Applicant is released on interim bail from 06:00 p.m. of 14.01.2025 to 06:00 p.m. of 15.01.2025. He shall deposit the escort charges as applicable.

This order shall be read alongwith order dated 10.01.2025 and shall be acted upon by concerned Jail Authorities where the Applicant is housed.

Ms. Bajoria shall immediately send SOS to the concerned Jail Authorities about modification of the order dated 10.01.2025 and passing of this order. All parties to act upon a server copy of this order.

Praecipe is disposed.
