The learned A.P.P. submits that during the pendency of this Application, the prosecution has filed the charge-sheet against the present applicant. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application for bail before the Trial/Sessions Court. 2.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

If such application is filed, the trial Court shall make an endeavour to decide it within a period of two weeks from the date of filing such application.

In view of disposal of Bail Application, Interim Application does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
