This is an application for condonation of delay of 2 years and 243 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 17/11/2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangli, in Special Case (POCSO) No.117/2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Applicant is in a poor financial state. She was represented by Legal MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2025.07.30 12:17:46 +0530 Aid Counsel. Even this Appeal is preferred with the help of Legal Nesarikar
