By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 26th August 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.).

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by the said order, this Court has imposed condition No.(d) by which the applicant was directed to report to the Sangli City Police Station, District-Sangli, twice in a week i.e. on Monday and Thursday of every week between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. Learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant, the matter is posted for framing charge. Shubhada S Kadam 39-IA-80-2025 (CR).doc The applicant is attending the Trial Court dates regularly. The applicant is daily wage labourer and he is finding it difficult to attend the court dates and police station. Hence, requested to allow the application. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that the applicant is an habitual offender and several offences have been registered against the applicant and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The investigation is completed in the present case, chargesheet has been filed against the applicant and matter is posted for framing of charge. The applicant is attending the Trial Court dates regularly. 6.

In view of above, the bail condition No.(d) is modified as under :

(d) The applicant shall report to Sangli City Police Station, District-Sangli, once in three months as per his convenience till the conclusion of the trial.

The interim application is allowed in above terms and disposed of.
