This is an Application seeking condonation of 51 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal assailing the Order dated 14/10/2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (MCOCA), Pune in Special MCOCA Case No.844/2021 thereby rejecting the discharge application of the Appellant.

2) On hearing the learned Counsel for the Appellant, on perusal of the Application, we are satisfied that the delay having been satisfactorily explained, deserve to be condoned. 3) Interim Application is made absolute in terms of its prayer clause.
