Heard Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for applicant; Ms. Sarda, learned Advocate for Intervenor and Mrs. Bajoria, learned APP for State.

Application is moved by the praecipe dated 14.01.2025 for seeking correction of the address which is mentioned in paragraph No. 10 (iv) of the order dated 8th January, 2025. 3.

According to Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant last rites and religious rites of uncle of Applicant are/were conducted in Jaipur city, Rajasthan and not Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Hence, he has requested the Court to make appropriate correction in clause (iv) of

902-IA-93-2025.doc the operative part of the order dated 8th January, 2025 and instead of Noida, Uttar Pradesh as appearing in line No.4 thereof it be substituted with Jaipur, Rajasthan. Mr. Mishra informs the Court that Applicant has already started marking his presence with the local jurisdictional Police Station in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where he is at present for the last rites of his uncle.

Ms. Bajoria, learned APP would submit that the details of the Applicant's whereabouts are required to be furnished under the said order. Be that as it may, it is directed that all further necessary details as required by the prosecution / Investigating Officer shall be furnished by the Advocate for the Applicant to the Investigating Officer.

With the above directions, order dated 8th January, 2025 be corrected accordingly by making the aforesaid substitutions and corrected order be uploaded.

With the above directions, praecipe dated 14.01.2025 stands dismissed.
