The learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant submitted that Original Accused No.4-Sachin Margaj had preferred S.L.P. (Criminal) No.17141 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court for his release on bail. The Hon'ble Supreme Court had observed that the Appeal be decided at the earliest and preferably within a period of six months from the date of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 06/12/2024. Therefore, this Appeal and all connected Appeals be listed for final hearing on the weekly board commencing from 07/07/2025, high on board. 2.
