Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred to modify the condition of appearance at the office of Directorate of Enforcement at Mumbai on the first Monday of every month while enlarging the applicant on bail, by an order dated 28th March, 2024.

For the reasons assigned in the application and having regard to the period that has elapsed since the said order, the condition No. 3 of the order dated 28th March, 2024 stands modified as under:- "The applicant shall mark his presence at Directorate of Enforcement at Mumbai on the first Monday of every trimester between 10 am to 12 noon for a period of three years or till conclusion of the trial whichever is earlier".
