By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition No.(ii) imposed by this Court (Coram: Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) by order dated 1st April 2022. This Court has directed to the Applicant to report the Investigating Officer or Senior P.I. of Dombivali Police Station on the 1st Monday of every month until further orders. 2.

The learned counsel further submitted that investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed against the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned APP for the Respondent-State strongly objected to allow the Application and requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(ii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram: Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) by order dated 1st April 2022 is relaxed.

(ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
