P.C.:- 1) By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 8th November 2017, while suspending the Applicant's sentence and enlarging him on bail.

2) The condition of which modification is sought, is "The Applicant shall report to M.R.A. Marg Police Station once in a week." Shivgan 1/2

6-Ia-137-2025.doc 3) Perused the papers. It appears that the Applicant has been attending the concerned Police Station as directed since the time of his release on bail i.e. from 2017.

4) Considering the aforesaid, the Application is allowed and the Applicant's aforesaid condition is modified/relaxed to the extent that "The Applicant shall now report to M.R.A. Marg Police Station once in a three months."

5) Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent and disposed off.
