By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(b) imposed by order dated 28th March 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.).

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prosecution case is based on circumstantial evidence. By imposing condition (b), this Court has directed that the applicant not to enter Raigad District after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial. Learned counsel further submitted that there is an engagement ceremony of the brother-inlaw of the applicant, therefore, he be permitted to enter Raigad District to Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

I have heard both learned counsel.

As there is engagement ceremony of the brother-in-law of the applicant, the applicant can enter Raigad District for attending the engagement ceremony for 15 days from today.
