By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(b) imposed by order dated 28th March 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.).

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prosecution case is based on circumstantial evidence. By imposing condition (b), this Court has directed that the applicant not to enter Raigad District after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial. S.S.Kilaje 59-IA-146-2025 (CR).doc there is marriage ceremony of the brother-in-law of the applicant, therefore, he be permitted to enter Raigad District to attend the said marriage ceremony.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

As there is marriage ceremony of the brother-in-law of the applicant, the applicant can enter Raigad District for attending the marriage ceremony for 21 days from 30.04.2025 to 20.05.2025. 6.

Interim Application is disposed of.
