Mr. Aayesh Kedia, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that on filing of the charge-sheet in the matter by the investigating agency, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail of statutory remedy as available in law.
