By this Application, the Applicant seeks to withdraw an amount of Rs.75,000/- deposited by him pursuant to order dated 28th October, 2014.

The Applicant was granted anticipatory bail in Crime No. 194 of 2014 for the ofence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with Islampur Police Station. 3.

After iling of the charge sheet, the case was numbered as RCC No. 296 of 2015 and the Applicant is acquitted in the said case by the Trial Court on 19th December, 2025. Copy of the

{2} ia163-25.doc judgment and order of acquittal passed by the Trial Court is placed on record.

In view of acquittal of the Applicant, the Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.75,000/- deposited by him, along with the interest accrued thereon.
