Present Application seeks to release the Applicant on cash bail and extension of time for furnishing the sureties and complying the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Court. By the said order, Applicant was granted bail and directed to be released by providing sum of Rs. One Lac with one or two sureties in the like amount. 3.
Mr. Siddiqui would draw my attention to the grounds stated in the said order and would submit that it is not possible for the Applicant to immediately arrange for sureties since Applicant's parents are deceased and he has no other relatives in Mumbai to aid and assist the Applicant in arranging sureties. He would submit that once the

The Application made by the Applicant deserves consideration in view of the fact that if it is not granted, the whole purpose of granting bail will not be served at all. The idea of granting bail for the reasons stated in the order is to ensure that Applicant be released from custody and incarceration.
