The Interim application is filed by another entity for intervention in that petition. Since there was no reference of this intervenor in the dispute between the Parties to the petition, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this interim application. If the Applicants in this interim application has any other legal remedy, they are free to pursue that remedy independently.
