The sentence of imprisonment is for 7 years for the offence punishable under Section 304(II) read with 34 of IPC. According to Mr.Singh, as per the provisions of Section 6(2)(e) of the Passports Act, 1967, if the punishment is 2 years and above, within the last 5 Satish Sangar 1/2
