This is an Application for suspension of sentence. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is in custody for more than 11 years.

We have perused the Order dated 15th January 2021 passed by this Court, rejecting the earlier Application for bail. This Court, in para No.9 of the said Order, has observed that not only the Applicant is charged for osk 1 of

12-Ia-188-2025.doc his act of misdeeds wherein the child victim was subjected to sexual harassment but was also involved in the act of recording the obscene act and displaying the same on mobile phones, and the CDs to that effect were also part of the evidence brought before the learned trial Court. 4.

We propose to hear the Appeal itself finally. 5.
