The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant could not avail the order of bail dated 25th November, 2024 as he could not furnish the sureties on account of adverse circumstances the applicant finds himself in. 3.

The applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in lieu of surety for a period of 30 days from the date of his release from prison.
