Both these interim applications have been moved in the writ petition as well as the criminal application for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent No.2 (original informant), who has expired during the pendency of these proceedings. 2.
It is indicated that if these applications are allowed, the possibility of settlement between the parties could be explored. It

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submit that they do not have any objection if both the applications are allowed and the legal representatives of original respondent No.2 in these proceedings are permitted to be brought on record. 4.
In view of the above, the interim applications are allowed and amendment to bring on record the legal representatives of original respondent No.2 in these proceedings, be carried out within one week from today.

List the Writ Petition as well as the Criminal Application for further consideration on 9th December 2025.
