Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 9th October 2024, the permission was granted to carry out amendment within a period of four weeks from that day. The amendment by annexing the charge-sheet could not be carried out because the charge-sheet was not available.

Considering this difficulty, time to carry out the amendment is extended by a further period of two weeks from today. 5.

The matter be listed for further consideration on 24th April 2025.

Interim application is disposed of.
